I'm not sure what you mean by "coming along the paper", but in general,
multi-tier setups should work fine.

As far as I understand, both are fairly experimental. I did work
on the Ultra Monkey-L7 project a little, however I am not entirely
sure of its current status with regards to reliability and features.
I am even less faminilar with KTCPVS :(

At this time UM and UM-L7 are separate (though related) projects,
so no the UM-L7 code does not come with UM.

With regards to the documentation, there might be more English material
lying around offline. I have CCed, Kondo-san, he may know more about this.
