  Log:
  * kernel/linux26/net/ipv6/ip6_tunnel.c: continue xfrm processing
  for tunneled packet if we do not have tunnel for such packet.
  (bug was noticed by hiekata.)
  Kernel started rejecting tunneled packets after "insmod ip6_tunnel."
