Hello Ryan,

no need to revert back to 2.6.21-rc5. As for Nautilus6 repository, you 
should additionally install the linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6*-mip6 and the 
linux-restricted-modules-2.6*-mip6 packages for your Atheros card to 
work out of the box.
