On a kernel.org vanilla tarball, _you_ configure your options, so _you_ decide wich options will be activated. Defaults are not very relevant there. On debian sid, CONFIG_IPV6_MROUTE and CONFIG_IPV6_PIMSM_V2 are activated at least on 2.6.24-1-amd64. Cheers, -- Yves-Alexis
