Please add support for HFC-S PCI Card "First Wise Media GmbH X-TENSIONS XC-520"

Hello,

I have three "X-TENSIONS XC-520" ISDN-Cards from First Wise Media GmbH 
with an "HFC-S PCI A 2B0S0" chip from "Cologne Chip Designs GmbH" which 
I want to use under Debian Wheezy.

Could you please add the PCI ID to the source?
