Hi Karsten!
Thanks for your response.

The crazy thing at the whole thing is the following, even if I follow
your instructions the message is always the same:

I tested the cable which is fine, the operator confirmed me that it's
capable sending me a signal to the NT unit.

I have an active ISDN line connected with a numberblock (PTP), and I am
not getting smart :(

I have opened 2 shells, one with misdn_log -c0 and the other with
misdntestcon -0 -n 7985442

doug@home:/tmp# misdntestcon -c0 -n 7985442
TestmISDN 1.0
got DL_INFORMATION_IND
got unexpected MPH_DEACTIVATE_IND (602) message
got unexpected DL_RELEASE_IND (1108) message
select timeeout
do_setup error 10

misdn_log resultset:

What could be causing this problem?!
What does this error message tell me?

I have added you further infos, in case you have any more ideas.

Thank you very much for your response!

Thank you for your help and response
