    mISDN.git hfcpci driver - fix for FLG_FILLEMPTY flag

    This fix had been presented by Andreas in the isdn4linux
    mailing list <[email protected]> on 2013-12-13.
    It has not yet found its way into mISDN git.

    I understand that both Birgit Harzenetter and Bodo Pfelzer needed thi=
s fix.
    Also I confirm that my setup only works with this patch.

    mISDN.git hfcpci driver - backport from official kernel

    Some (rather minor changes) had been made to the hfcpci driver in the=
 official kernel tree,
    which are not yet found in the mISDN sources at git.misdn.eu. So get =
them backported.

    Add missing return check for skb_clone() - fix kernel bug #86091

    We need to requeue the original skb if any allocation failed, because=
 we cannot inform
    upper layers about the data loss.
    Restructure the code to minimise rollback effort if it happens.
