Normally git.misdn.eu can be build for any kernel >= 2.6.19, patches to
remove features from newer kernel are applied automatically during the
build. So you can build modules for this kernel, and make sure that
the installdir (default extra) is searched before the
kernel/drivers/isdn directory.
Or you build a patch to the CentOS kernel and compile your own kernel.
The easiest way to get a patch is to use mISDN socket branch from
git.mISDN.eu run ./configure with the CentOS kernel and produce a diff
to the standalone/ directory.
You need to take care for the include files and the #include statements,
they are renamed for the standalone builds to not conflict with the
files in the kernel itself.
