LCR uses a new mISDN driver with some POTS extensions for the API. there
is no driver for any PCI card yet. the only driver i wrote will be for
embedded POTS controllers with FXS support, and is not yet published.
but sooner or later i will publish the new driver for mISDN, but i doubt
that there will be cards for that. anyone writing a POTS driver for
existing PCI cards (other controllers) is welcome.
