dss1_divert broken?

Auf einem openSuSE 12.1 System mit  kernel 3.7.1 ist es
erst einmal kein Problem, die i4l Module zu laden:

Eingehende Anrufe werden jetzt im syslog angezeigt. isdnlog funktioniert einwandfrei zur
D-Kanal-Überwachung, auch im Echo-Modus - die Verkabelung sollte also ok sein.

"divertctrl wait interrogate HiSax cfu 99999 1" sollte cfu Umleitungen für MSN 99999 für SI 1 abfragen .... aber das klappt überhaupt nicht. /dev/isdnctrl gibt statt dessen folgendes aus:

Am S0-Bus hängen Tiptel 192 Telephone - mit diesen klappt das Schalten einer Umleitung einwandfrei,
der Anschluß verfügt also über entsprechend aktivierte Dienstmerkmale.
