Did you install oslec? You also need to install this and compile against mISDN and kernel. But I didn´t do this for a long time because kernel oslec didn´t work with git mISDN. Since that day i work without oslec ;( Maybe now its possible to compile oslec against recent(your) kernel and mISDN.
