isdn4linx with euro protocol

Sorry folks,

after I submitted my last posting I read it (should have done
that BEFORE posting :-) ).

I finally noticed the following kermel message:

HiSax: protocol euro not supported

Of course the Euro protocol is supported but only if one selects
the corresponding options during kernel configurations.

So it was my own stupidity that caused all the isdn-related
problems that I described in my last posting.

A simple recompilation of my kernel with CONFIG_HISAX_EURO=y
and everything works as expected. The watchdog-timeouts
disappeared too.
