Wow. It has been more than two decades I was last called Birgit. But it  
used to be pretty common back then. You make me feel old :-)

But I can't remember coming across what you patched there. I'm on  
hfcmulti. Maybe something I came across when trying to assist someone else.

I would like to have working hfcsusb and fhc_usb again.
Or maybe there's some USB parameter that needs to be tweaked to make them  
work?
