It's a Swyx card and has already been discussed here.
Google could also have brought you to http://voice.yeti.dk.patches/

And yes, it would be nice if all the stuff that has come up in the past  
would be added to the official repository. Especially the kernel version  
needs maintenance. I mean (one of) the last topic(s) here was hfcpci which  
must have been broken for at least 1.5 years now :-(

mISDN used to be a clean and easy solution. Would be nice if we could get  
it back to that state again!
