I am currently using Asterisk with chan_capi for voice calls and
it works fine (including early B3) with mISDNcapid.

However, it takes a bit of work to configure this setup.
Another way to test voice calls would be to send a T.30 fax
but without using mISDNcapid built-in softfax.
If this Fritz!Fax does that then it would confirm that voice
calls are working at least in 90% (excluding things like early B3
or supplementary services).
