It used to be usable. I used it for a long time, not only for voicemail, but
also for callback/callthrough.
That however was using old ISA cards with Siemens chips. When I was forced
to use HFC based PCI cards, voice CB/CT was no longer usable.
I don't know if the HFC drivers have ever been fixed.

But I still have I4L in use because of divertctrl.
Would be nice if we had a replacement for mISDN.
If someone can come up with some rudimental idea, I'd happily take it on,
but I just don't know where to begin.
