mISDNuser now on GitHub (was: mISDNuser patch discussion?)

Hello all,

the question from Christoph remind me that I was thinking about better
workflow to integrate patches from others in mISDN. I was playing a
little bit with Patchwork years ago (very early version) and it did not
work for me.
From some other projects I already did some work on GitHub and I think
this is a good platform for projects like mISDN, and it allows other
developers to send patches in a easy way via pull requests and brings a
issue tracker and wiki for free.
The old misdn.eu and misdn.org host will still be in sync with the
github repository.

the url for mISDNuser on GitHub is

https://github.com/b1-systems/mISDNuser

The only change for the mISDNuser repository is, that I renamed the
socket branch to master, since this is the common name for the main
development tree. I only imported the current used branches, including
the last mISDN_Version_1 branch. If something is missing, please tell me.

If somebody has issues to work with GitHub, you can still send me
patches on this list or on my personal email address.

The mISDN kernel repo will follow soon and I will also try to import the
wiki pages.

PS: @Christoph Thanks for the patches, because of illness and some
reconstruction in my home office I had not time to test these.
