Hi,

I have merged support for all hardware I found so far into one big patch.
It was generated against 4.9.162, but should apply across a rather wide
range of versions, I think.

It's worth noting that the list of USB adaptors in I4L and mISDN is
identical. So I think it should only exist once. But that is not a quick
fix (for me anyway).
