They certainly do it, but sloooowly.
Fun fact: For customers with multiple lines they seem to usually only convert
one of them first.

I couldn't say so so far.
I have been using that combintion on various setups for many years without
major issues.
Unfortunately since last week I have one box that suddenly started locking
up several times a day. And so far I have no freaking idea why it happens
or what's different on that box compared to the others.

I had that one too, It turned out to be a bad DNS server.
Each time it didn't reply fast enough and the 2nd was queried things broke
because the two DNS gave different IPs for tel.t-online.de.
The way DTAG implemented their crap, that means you can't even make outgoing
calls until you register again.
