OpenSuse ISDN problem

I've got 2 ISDN cards in a server with Opensuse 11.2 as OS.
Both cards are (according to lspci) the: "Cologne Chip Designs 
GmbH ISDN network controller [HFC-PCI] (rev 02)"
These are configured with yast2 with the correct countrycode.

The Hisax driver (module) is loaded.
This way I should be able to call with the program "minicom",
configured as ttyi0 with pre command: ATZ^M~AT&E0000000000^M~ATS18=1

The zeros after AT&E is the phone number of the line
which the card is connected to.
If I then call a number with ATD or ATDT, it says "BUSY".

When I call to my ISDN card, minicom says "RING" and
shows the number of the caller.
But when I try to answer with the "ATA" command,
it says "NO ANSWER"

Dmesg shows "isdn: contr0,ch0 cause: E001B" after
each time I try to call or answer.

With only one card plugged in I get the same results.

I tried other linux distro's but some couldn't be
installed on the Proliant
ML110.
Also I've read that Suse has best support for ISDN.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?
