Thanks for the info.  BTW, I didn't mean to sound like I was trying to
claim that I was some sort of IT professional... just wanted to let you
know that you didn't have to treat me like some Windows luser :)  So
please don't take offense.

Your points are well taken.  Thanks for the input re switching between
entry systems, that was something I couldn't find in any of the
documentation.  I appreciate your help :)
