  So I do. :-)

  I am running kde 4 on F8. The only problem that I have noticed is that 
kwallet crashes on startup even before being called by other programs.

  As soon as it called it works. What I don't understand is why it is called 
in the first place (this did not happen in 3.5).

  What I miss to are the specific packages that will be in F9 but are not on 
F8 like extragear-plasma and dragonplayer. :-)

  All the other problems I have are known and AFAIR not specific to Fedora. I 
was used to switch between desktops using a configured shortcut and know that 
is not (yet) possible.

  A funny experience nevertheless. :-)
