kde-3.5.9 rhel builds coming to kde-redhat/testing

I've got an initial batch of kde-3.5.9 builds for rhel, that I'll be 
pushing to the kde-redhat/testing repo shortly.

A few pkgs didn't build, which will need more attention, so I'll be 
working on those over the weekend.
