none of the kde-redhat yum servers will answer me

I noticed  last night that yum updates are failing like so:

http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/fedora/8/i386/stable/repodata/repomd.xml:
[Errno 12] Timeout: <urlopen error timed out>
Trying other mirror.
http://kdeforge.unl.edu/apt/kde-redhat/fedora/8/i386/stable/repodata/repomd.xml:

Trying other mirror.

As far as I can tell, none of the kde-redhat addresses are up.  I
tried browsing here, and get answers from none of these sites
