For F9, as much of kde-4.1 will be provided, as soon as possible.

I say as much of, because it's unclear whether some parts will make it. 
For example,  kdepim may or may not be included in kde-4.1, and even if 
it is, we're hesitant to introduce a kdepim3 -> kdepim4 upgrade in 
middle of release cycle.
