Hi, Quoting Claude Jones <[email protected]>: > startkde: ERROR: Could not locate lnusertemp in > /home/cj/.kde/libexec/kde4/:/home/cj/.kde/bin/:/usr/bin/ > /usr/bin/startkde: line 305: : command not found > None of those locations exist down at the bottom of that text; no > wonder it can't find them. What does it mean? Does the command 'lnusertemp' actually exist with the correct permissions etc. on your system? I don't have a box at hand running KDE4 but in KDE3, 'lnusertemp' is provided by kdelibs and it lives in /usr/bin where your startkde claims it cannot find it.
