Does the command 'lnusertemp'  actually exist with the correct  
permissions etc. on your system? I don't have a box at hand running  
KDE4 but in KDE3, 'lnusertemp' is provided by kdelibs and it lives in  
/usr/bin where your startkde claims it cannot find it.
