It's less of a time issue, but I don't want to see folks using 
kde-redhat as a crutch instead of using fedora's official repos which 
has the same content.

I'll continue to use kde-redhat when/if it makes sense, but using it to 
preemptively host fedora content isn't one of those cases, imo.
