Unfortunately, it's not always easy.  I did try imap resources, but I found 
that every time I connected it created duplicate mail messages.  No-one seemed 
to be able to tell me why it happened.  I know that some people had it 
working, trouble-free, but others had the same problem as I had.

I don't even know whether it was the server version or the client version that 
was causing the problem.  I'd give it another try if it was likely to be the 
client, but the server runs CentOS, so that probably hasn't changed since my 
last attempt.
