nopreempt not working

Hi,

I am new with keepalived. I set up it for vrrp to take care network fail
over. So i configure two servers with vrrp settings only and in backup
server I mention nopreempt option to retain backup server as master when
master goes down and reback to fine state.

Is there any document or kind of reference guide to understand keepalived
more in details.
