[ANNOUNCE] Keepalived 1.1.7

Hi All,

I have just put on keepalived website the new release. Not really big 
things, just some cosmetics patches to prepare future release.

The ChangeLog looks like :

2004-04-05  Alexandre Cassen  <[email protected]>
         * keepalived-1.1.7 released.
         * Jacob Rief, <[email protected]> added target tarball into
           root Makefile to facilitate packaging (rpm & tarball).
         * Jacob Rief, <[email protected]> and I unified version
           handling. Now only the root file VERSION is used by configure
           to add VERSION_STRING via config.h.in. Added VERSION_DATE
           included into the VERSION_STRING that reflect the building
           date into the version banner.
         * Andres Salomon, <[email protected]> wrote the genhash manpage.
         * VRRP : Added ipvs_start() and ipvs_stop() calls during vrrp child
           start and stop stage.
         * Added some assertion test in memory framework to not allocate
           bucket if no more place. This option is only used if compiled
           with debug flags.
         * Some cosmetics patch in Makefiles and autoconf script.
