Delay when restoring the Master

Hello everybody,
                           I have N.2 firewall (with virtual IP) in which
it's configurated VRRP using keepalived.

Is it possible to ensure that when the Master returns available, restoring
it doesn't happen right away,
but to spend a little time verifying the stability of the entire system ?
