I can recommend the RackTables project (racktables.org).

It has very mature keepalived config assembler. Some of it's 
functionality is presented on the demo site http://demo.racktables.org 
(admin/admin)

Here is the entry point for SLB configuration.

The generated configs are available on the keepalived.conf tab on a load 
balancer:
