Re: vrrp not working with use_vmac, and a partial solution

I'm been dealing with that problem myself and sadly, neither the irc
(which is officialy dead) nor this list has answered my questions.
If I don't use vmac_xmit_base (as told everywhere and why I use it in my
conf), I get keepalived to work except for the mac address of the answer
to the vips that is the bace mac address instead of the vmac one.
As I get from the docs from keepalived, vmac_ximit_base should only
affect VRRP messages, so all other messages (ping responses, tcp
connections, etc,) should be answered with the vmac address, but that's
not happening no matter what kernel param I set (all from the info
gathered in the web and keepalived docs).
Maybe we can get some help from the dev guys if we are lucky.
