I do not have a physical host to test

I did try Fedora 20 on a kvm guest. As mentioned  previously, I only had to
disable rp_filter for "vrrp.routerid" interface

[root@xxxx ~]# uname -a
Linux xxxx 3.11.10-301.fc20.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Dec 5 14:01:17 UTC 2013
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux


The master node responds to ARP request and IP is reachable from the
network. Systems from the same subnet get the VRRP MAC as expected (Same
configuration as posted on July-4)
