Dear Carlos,

As I understood, you should use 127.0.0.1 real server to enable local
forwarding.

virtual_server 172.17.1.13 25 {
  delay_loop 15
  lb_algo rr
  lb_kind DR
  persistence_timeout 50
  protocol TCP

  real_server 127.0.0.1 25 {
  }
}
