enable/disable features in running configuration

Hi all,

I think it would be nice to handle checkers and parts of running 
checkers hosts list
for examples with a enable/disable feature without to reload config 
file. When disabled
just let task fade out without hunting every state.

Purpose is to remove a host for maintains without error message or alarm 
task initializing up.
And wen enabled add host again in checker list.

Also a short comment field would be nice for checkers to handle by 
daemon, hosts and other parameters.

Ide's from WinBox for Mikrotik routers, really good work like 50k in 
size for winbox loader writen in pure win32 API.

That would be nice and simplify development by web or program to handle 
configure/running state in Keepalived daemon.


Have update flex tree to compile without error and add some more 
comment.

Work on Bison now and test to do a simple standalone syntax checker.
