realloc included in memory framwork, prev patch for memory use only work in debug mode

Hi all,

New patch for memory.c.diff and memory.h.diff

Also using some chained calls.

Some functions/parts of keepalived now use realloc, to calculate memory 
use in a proper way
we need to encapsulate realloc to macro REALLOC.
