Reload does not honour changes in config file (weight of real servers)

Hi,

I'm running keepalived-1.2.16-5.x86_64 (self-built via rpmbuild from 
your sources) on 3.10.0-229.4.2.el7.x86_64 (CentOS 7).

Recently, I discovered that

i) one can set weight of a real server to '0' in config file, issue 
'systemctl reload keepalived' -> server is taken out of loadbalancing 
(weight = 0)

ii) one can not set weight back to '1', reload, and take the server back 
into server (weight stays '0')

Is that behaviour intended?
