  Allow '-' characters in smtp_server hostname

inet_stosockaddr() terminates the address string passed at the first
'-' or '/' character. When domain_stosockaddr() is subsequently called,
the string has been terminated at the first '-', so any domain name
containing a '-' cannot be correctly parsed.

This resolves issue #309
