Log Message:
-----------
Checksum compatibility should refer to v1.3.6
The automatic version update process used prior to the release of
a new version unwittingly updated the comments for pre v1.3.6
checksum compatibility to v1.3.7 and then v1.3.8.
This commit sets the comments back to v1.3.6, and now the version
update process should no longer update them since they are no longer
the current version.
