From: Guillem Jover <[email protected]> The io_pgetevents_time64 syscall, at least on x86 64-bit kernels running 32-bit userland, misbehaves when passing a sigmask by always returning -EINVAL. This works on x86 32-bit kernels. This was seen when adding time64 support for 32-bit ports to libaio, where its test suite started to fail at least on x86 32-bit userland running on a 64-bit kernel. It seems like all other 32-bit ports that have a 64-bit counterpart that can run 32-bit userland, would need the same treatment, but it is not clear why that was not done when these syscalls got introduced, and as that has not been tested, they are left out.
