I want to start a vigorous discussion about the dependencies
that ISV applications need for their program to work.  Often
because of subtle differences in file location, ISV's who
port to different Linux distros sometimes worry about where
their dependencies are located.

I'd was wondering if some of the ISV's on this list could
identify some of the problems they ran into  while porting their
applications to Linux and openly discuss those dependencies
that were different between distros.
