[ANNOUNCE]Pannus project release version 2.0 file.

Gentlemen,

NTT announces new version of pannus project.

This version includes following updates:
o x86_64 and i386 support
o SMP machine support
o Multi-thread application support
o Part of C++ language support
o Well tested on x86_64 architecture
o Patch administration framework support

>From now on, pannus project will adopt open source development style and
work with open source community.
With in few days, we prepare the cvs and post patch to the kernel community.
