I am pleased to announce the appointing of OSDL CGL WG Tech Board new
'Development' subgroup chair - Takashi Ikebe.

Takashi-san is a senior open source development engineer at NTT Network
Service Systems Laboratories. He has been active participating in OSDL
CGL specification in last few years. He is currently the CGL 3.1
Availability specification editor.

As the new CGL development subgroup chair, Takashi-san will oversee the
gathering and completion of the development and proof of concept
information for CGL 3.1 specification including Gap Analysis, Use Cases
Study, SIG activities, open source project development status, and make
these information available to CGL community.
