Hello, The most of topic that relates to CGL are not publiced, and had discussed on another OSDL lists (e.g. cgl_techboard at osdl.org). Now, OSDL has merged to Linux Foundation, the main disccusios are occured on lf_carrier at linux-foundation.org.
