There isn't one.  RedHat do not want a kernel debugger and SGI cannot
afford to maintain kdb against the heavily patched RedHat kernel.  Your
only options are to ask RedHat to help, to use a standard kernel
instead of a RH patched one or to switch to another distribution.

SuSE like to have kernel debuggers and include them in their
distribution.
