Patches for 2.6.29 and git tree

Patches against v2.6.29 are available in the usual place:

I've also put up a git tree which is available here:

git://oss.sgi.com/kdb/kdb.git


There are branches with the kdb patches applied against 2.6.28 and
2.6.29.  There is also kdb-master, which I intend to use for
development.
