DriverLoader and NETGEAR WG111T

I have difficulties to get 
Modell: NETGEAR WG111T  -  108 MBit/s Wireless USB 2.0-Adapter with Chip 
Atheros AR5523-ES 
recognized and working under Linux. 

I'm using  a Debian based Kernel 2.6.12 (Kanotix)
and the driver used is 

Linuxant Ver. 2.28   Driver athfmwdl -  Version 12/05/2003,1.00.001 

The Output of lsusb is

Bus 004 Device 001: ID 0000:0000

When i look at dmesg (only relevant parts are hier)
