Hi,

in the latest dump you have provided, we can see that you are still 
using the same version of the Windows XP driver (09/09/2003, 0.6.0.0), 
did you tried with different versions of the Windows XP driver to see if 
there is a difference?

It seems that you are using a alpha/beta version of the Windows XP 
driver (version pre 1.0) and it could be the source of the problem.
