wg511 v3 made in china

I am in process of trying to get my netgear wg511 PCMCIA card work with 
Mandriva 10.2.  Somewhere I found the reference to the linuxant product 
driverloader and tried it, however it didn't work.  The error message from 
dldrloader indicates that there is a conflict between wg511 windows driver 
and prism54 module.  How can I find a workaround for this problem?  I treid 
to remove prism54 module (I am not sure if I was successful), it didn't seem 
to work.
